Aurora Residences is a model of eco-friendly urban living in Vancouver. The complex maximizes natural light and blurs indoor-outdoor boundaries through expansive glazing and green courtyards, offering residents a serene and energy-efficient lifestyle.
Design Concept & Narrative:
Aurora Residences embodies the harmony between urban sophistication and nature’s tranquility. The design fuses contemporary elegance with sustainable living, creating an urban retreat where residents experience both luxury and environmental stewardship.
Exterior Envelope:
Combines triple-glazed windows with locally sourced stone and reclaimed wood for a warm, natural aesthetic and thermal performance.
Energy & Water Management:
Features advanced rainwater harvesting and passive cooling systems.
Interior Finishes:
Utilizes sustainable materials, low-VOC paints, and custom fixtures that balance luxury with eco-responsibility.
