Solaris Residences is a state-of-the-art residential complex designed to redefine luxury urban living in Miami. This project combines the principles of sustainable design with a sophisticated aesthetic, resulting in a tranquil oasis amid the bustling city.
Design Concept & Narrative:
Inspired by Miami’s vibrant natural environment, Solaris Residences is built around the concept of openness and connectivity. Large, expansive windows, open-air corridors, and green courtyards invite abundant natural light into every space, creating an atmosphere of airy sophistication. The project’s design is centered on the idea of “living in harmony with nature”—from the carefully curated landscape that includes native flora to the use of eco-friendly building materials. Every element, from the lobby’s tropical-inspired water feature to the quiet reading nooks nestled in garden settings, has been thoughtfully designed to provide residents with a serene retreat that feels both luxurious and sustainable.
Exterior & Landscaping:
Sustainable materials, including reclaimed wood and locally sourced stone, blend with lush landscaping and water features that promote natural cooling.
Energy Efficiency:
